Alex Galle-From

Minnesota attorney and trust officer. I build open-source accountability tooling for AI agents.

GitHubEmailWriting

I am a Minnesota attorney (JD, LL.M. in taxation) and a senior trust officer at a national bank, where I lead an internal working group on AI productivity in wealth and investment management. Outside work I build open-source tooling for AI accountability: audit-trail SDKs, a fiduciary-constraint evaluation, and consumer-rights utilities, shipped since December 2025. I wrote the Minnesota Digital Trust & Consumer Protection Act, a model statute (v1.6, 2025–2026) covering bonded credentials and strict issuer liability. The framework is substrate-neutral: it regulates by accountability, not by the nature of the actor. Before law I was a violist — Berklee, strings on Cloud Cult's The Meaning of 8, performances with Alison Krauss and Ron Carter.
